Details: Take some time to slow down, reconnect, restore wellbeing & balance the Yang state of “always doing” by inviting the Yinner state of “mindfully being”. Settle into a range of floor-based postures; mindfully adjust your outer & inner process until you sink into a tranquil state of comfort, calm & ease; then drift into a deep state of relaxation with a guided Yoga Nidra. This soothing Sunday Immersion can help release tension, restore balance, and nourish your mind, body & being.
Suitability: All levels including beginners (not suitable when pregnant).

Meditation Session: Intro to Mindfulness

Details: Discover how Meditation and Mindfulness can support the natural calming systems of the body. Learn to cultivate the practice of the ‘observer self’, explore how to ‘watch the mind’ and tune into the body, and experience guided meditation practices that can help enable deep relaxation, ease tension, reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance wellbeing.

Private Viroga Yoga Class

Details: One hour of personalised yoga tuition for 1 or 2 people held at Viroga Yoga Studio. You can focus on furthering your own personal practice… or create a memory and share the class with a friend… or gift the experience to someone special.

Partner Yoga Session

Details: Connect with a friend, family member or special someone as you practice yoga as a partnership. Partner yoga is a contact yoga practice that involves using your partner for support as you create yoga poses together. This session can help build balance, strength, flexibility, awareness and provide a cheerful and enjoyable yoga experience that you can share 🙂
